Welcome to 8th Grade Science! My name is Mrs. Shapiro and I have been teaching Science at Summit Ridge Middle School for 18 years. As you can probably see from the photos, I am an outdoor enthusiast and spend a lot of my free time camping and hiking.  I love all things Science because understanding Science is like having an owner's manual to the natural world!
